Services are provided under the written proposal or statement of work agreed with each client, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, and payment schedule. Invoices are due by the date stated on the invoice.
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Prepaid fees for work not yet started are refunded in full, and prepaid fees for work in progress are refunded pro rata. We collect only the information needed to deliver services and bill clients, such as names, business contact details, and project information. We do not sell personal information. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
